This project monitors water acidification, and volunteers maintain the complex sensors in Fidalgo Bay. As site guardians, twice a month at low tides, May - August, volunteers go onto the mud flats to clean and repair the sensors.
Upcoming dates are May 22, June 6 and June 20.
It's muddy, it's fun, it's essential.
